Who We Are

Christine Lisle, Mobile: (434) 825-7446
Christine began her “first career” in Denver, Colorado, where she worked as a CPA at Pricewaterhouse Coopers after her graduation from UCLA. It was also there that she met her husband, who was attending medical school at the University of Colorado. Upon his graduation, the couple went from the big mountains to smaller mountains when they began their life in Charlottesville, where he is now a surgical resident.
“Before we knew it, we had fallen in love with this place,” she said. “We were amazed that it had so much to offer, from the natural beauty and outdoor activities like hiking and biking to the history, the wineries, the restaurants, boutique shopping, theater/art galleries, concerts, college sporting events and more. We quickly realized it was the best of both worlds — a small town with big town amenities.”
Before long Christine was not only enjoying the perks of Charlottesville life, she was sharing the message with a growing list of clients in what quickly became a highly successful real estate career. The more she learned, she said, the more she realized that there was a distinct opportunity, for her to mirror her husband’s career arc in one important way. She decided to become a specialist.
“As I continued in my real estate career and at the same time became more attuned to the special demands on the lives of medical professionals, I became aware that there was a great opportunity for these two worlds to come together. I had sold houses to a number of contacts in the medical world and began to realize how much I enjoyed working with them and how much they appreciated working with someone who truly understands their needs. The White Coat Real Estate Team grew out of this realization, and I have loved every minute of it.”
Christine and her husband, Turner Lisle, live just south of Charlottesville with their daughter, Olivia, and two Weimaraners, Macy & Addie. She is actively involved in the Charlottesville Association of Realtors and serves as the Chair of the Operations Group. In her spare time, she enjoys the sporting life here, playing golf and tennis, working out at ACAC, reading books and is actively involved in the Housestaff Women’s Association.

He serves on the Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors board of directors’ technology advisory committee. At the same time, however, Pavel understands that no innovation will ever replace the one-on-one interaction and support that separates great Realtors from good ones.
“I am constantly looking for new ways to use technology to help my clients,” he said. “Yet when it comes right down to it, this business is about helping people, and that is what we are so uniquely positioned to do. As the husband of a physician, I know that medical professionals have unique needs that we are extraordinarily well positioned to serve, from our understanding of the lifestyle to our contacts throughout the medical community and the community at large, and more.”
A native of Latvia, Pavel immigrated to the United States at the age of 12. He first developed his interest in real estate as a student at Boston University, and started his career in the business with Roy Wheeler Co. here in Charlottesville. Pavel’s creativity and innovation extend far beyond his real estate efforts , as he is an accomplished cellist and composer. Pavel, Jacqueline, and their three wonderful boys, Mark, Evan, and Kyle live in the City of Charlottesville.

Alex Foote Barker, Mobile: (434) 989-8909
Alex Barker knows better than most what the White Coat Real Estate Team can do for its customers. After all, she is one. After graduating from the University of Virginia, Alex spent two years in commercial real estate in Newport Beach, California before feeling that familiar pull that brings so many back to Charlottesville. She returned to work as a chef in a local café that highlighted local foods, and soon met her husband, who happens to be a resident in Otolaryngology. With the help of the White Coat Real Estate Team founder Christine Lisle, the pair bought a home in the city and quickly fell in love with the Charlottesville lifestyle, from the outstanding local food and wine scenes to the endless hiking trails of the Blue Ridge Mountains and more. “I came out of my experience with the White Coat Real Estate Team so impressed with their understanding of what our needs were,” Barker said, “that I jumped at the chance to work with them to provide similar experiences for others.”

Ninfa Profaci, Mobile: (434) 906-2790
Wanting the tranquility of the Blue Ridge countryside to raise her children, Ninfa moved from Holmdel, New Jersey to Charlottesville in 1996 with her three sons. A homemaker and entrepreneur, Ninfa spent her early years in the area managing her family’s gourmet Italian market. Her children attended Albemarle County K-12 public schools and have since gone on to university. Ninfa’s years traveling through Virginia following her son’s lacrosse games enabled her to learn a great deal about this beautiful state and more specifically Charlotesville and Albemarle County. Not surprisingly, Ninfa’s love of travel took her and her son’s to live in central Mexico for two years, where with the opportunities provided in accordance with the Albemarle County school system, the boys were home schooled. Upon their return to Charlottsville in 2005 Ninfa earned her Virginia Real Estate license.
With the demands of motherhood behind her, Ninfa has been a full time member of the White Coat Real Estate team since 2007; focusing her attention as a buyer specialist. As a result of her contacts in Mexico and Central America she became Transnational Referral Certified (TRC) and has developed a sub-specialty in the international relocation market.
“Having lived in Albemarle County for nearly a decade and a half and internationally for two years I believe I can assist you with both your domestic needs and international real estate desires”.
